Thunder Bay Police Service officers arrested a female accused in a pair of recent weekend break-ins to homes.

Officers with the Uniform Patrol Branch were dispatched to a reported break and enter to a residence in progress just before 9 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 3 in the 400 block of Dufferin Street.

Police learned a female suspect was attempting to get inside the home from the back door, but fled after a homeowner came outside. The accused had dropped a bag of tools when she fled.

Just before 10 a.m. that same day officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Hill Street South for reports of another break and enter in progress.

When officers arrived they located a female matching the description of the earlier reported break and enter. As a result of their investigation, officers linked the suspect to both the Dufferin Street and Hill Street South incidents.

Alicialynn Priscilla GORDON, 34, of Thunder Bay, is charged with Break and Enter, and Possession of Break-in Instruments.

She appeared in bail court Monday and was remanded into custody with a future appearance date.
