The male found deceased in the Neebing /McIntyre Floodway on September 23, 2017 has been identified as 21 year old Dylan Joe Francis Moonias of Thunder Bay.

Police are looking to speak to anyone who may have seen Dylan between the evening of Thursday, September 21 and the morning of Saturday, September 23, 2017.

This investigation is ongoing.
