Police have arrested a local man on child pornography charges.
The Thunder Bay Police Service’s Cyber Crimes Unit began an investigation in October 2023 after receiving information that a local internet user was suspected of uploading child pornography.
Investigators determined the material was consistent with child pornography. Through the investigation, a suspect and local address were identified.
A search warrant was executed at a residence on the city’s south side on the morning of Thursday, December 14. A male suspect was located within the residence and arrested.
A number of electronic devices were seized from the residence.
Graham DUDLEY, 73, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:
- Possessing child pornography
- Accessing child pornography
DUDLEY appeared in court on Thursday, December 14 and has been remanded into custody with a future court appearance date.
