Police arrested four suspects on charges of drug trafficking after a pair of search warrants were executed at homes on Ambrose Street Wednesday afternoon.

Members of the Thunder Bay Police Service’s Intelligence Unit, with assistance from the Emergency Task Unit, executed two search warrants simultaneously at residential addresses in the 200 block of Ambrose Street just before 1 p.m. on Wednesday, May 24.

The search warrants were obtained as a result of an ongoing investigation into drug trafficking at those addresses.

Four suspects were arrested and taken into custody after police entered both homes. The accused were transported to the TBPS headquarters at 1200 Balmoral Street.

A search of the homes resulted in the seizure of suspected crack cocaine, fentanyl, cash and paraphernalia consistent with drug trafficking.

Lance Alexander DEPERRY, 44, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Fentanyl for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000
• Fail to Comply with Probation Order x 2
• Breach of Recognizance

Vanda HALVERSON, 56, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

Feather Morningstar MOSES, 33, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

Allan Roy SABBE, 54, of Thunder Bay, is charged with:

• Possession of Cocaine for the Purpose of Trafficking
• Possession of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000

All four appeared in court on Thursday, May 25, and were remanded into custody with future appearance dates.
