Brian arrived in Thunder Bay on September 20, 2019. His family has not heard from him since.
Brian rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The vehicle is described as a silver 2020 Nisan Rogue with Ontario licence plate CKET 357.
Brian Penny is described as a Caucasian male, 5'9", 165 pounds, thin build, fair complexion with brown hair, beard and brown eyes. It is unknown what he was last wearing.
