If you're curious about what a Friday night in Thunder Bay is like for police, then come take a virtual ride with our Uniform Patrol. We will be holding our first-ever Tweet Along this Friday, March 17th.
Join us on Twitter (@TBPSMedia) starting at 9:00 p.m. Friday. Those familiar with the concept of a Tweet Along will recognize it as a live-tweeted police ride along. We hope this initiative will help give you a better understanding of what it's like to be on patrol with a TBPS officer.
Not on Twitter? Don't worry. We'll provide some updates and highlights on our Facebook page. We'll also be sharing some moments on our Instagram account. We will keep an eye on the Facebook conversations and drop in to say Hi Friday night.
Things are likely to get busy during the Tweet Along, so if we can't answer all your questions during that night, we'll do our very best to get back to you afterwards. We'll also be archiving the entire night via Storify, which we'll share through all our social media platforms at a later date.
