An ongoing drug investigation led to a traffic stop being conducted on Princess Street just outside the Thunder Bay International Airport just before 2:00 p.m. on October 4, 2018.
Members of the TBPS Intelligence Unit observed the vehicle leaving a Syndicate Avenue apartment building with four individuals in the vehicle. A traffic stop was conducted and the occupants were arrested. A search was conducted and cash valued at $15,000 was located on two of the individuals.
The female driver of the vehicle was release unconditionally. The three males appeared in court this morning on the following charges:
· Matthew Pickering - 21-years-old of Toronto - Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000
· O'Neil Mills - 27-years-old of Brampton - Proceeds of Crime Over $5,000 & Breach of Recognizance x2
· Andre Jackson - 22-years-old of Toronto - Breach of Recognizance
They have been released with a November 6, 2018 court date.
