What Do I Need to Apply?

To use the online application process you must:

1.  Have access to the Internet via your smartphone, home computer, public library or local college or university

2.  Have a verifiable email account either through a service provider or online sites such as Google mail (Gmail), Yahoo or Hotmail. *PLEASE NOTE* We have experienced a number of PRC Results not being received at their destined Hotmail address.  Please consider providing an alternate email address in your application, other than Hotmail, if at all possible.

3.  Have the ability to scan or upload the letter from the agency or organization that requires the Police Record Check or use smartphone to take a photo of the letter.

4.     Pass Electronic Identity Verification (EIV) which is a series of questions generated by a Canadian Credit Bureau pertaining to your credit information to confirm your identity. Please be advised that this does not count as a hit on your credit record.  Should the EIV process fail, your option would be to attend TBPS, Canada Post or a Notary Public to undergo a Physical Identity Verification.  Fees may apply.
