Police investigating homicide

The Thunder Bay Police Service is investigating a homicide that occurred this morning in the 200 block of Pearl Street. The public is asked to avoid the area at this time.
 
The suspect remains at large and may be armed. The victim and suspect are believed to be known to each other and there is minimal threat to public safety.
 
Anyone with information or who witnesses suspicious activity is asked to contact Thunder Bay Police Service at 807-684-1200.

The Thunder Bay Police Service is pleased to announce the dates of Chat with the Chief community information sessions that will take place in the coming weeks. Chat with the Chief events are opportunities for community members to have their questions answered by Chief Darcy Fleury, and learn about policing in our community.
