Police are continuing to investigate a sudden death that occurred over the weekend.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers were dispatched to the area of Fort William Road and Isabel Street shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 27.
An adult female had been located deceased.
A visible police presence remains in the area but there is no current threat to public safety.

BARNARD is described as an Indigenous male, standing 5’9”, weighing approximately 140 lbs, with short dark brown hair that is shaved on the sides, a dark brown mustache and possibly a goatee, and brown eyes.
