The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 35-year-old Kourtni KILPATRICK.
Kourtni was last seen on the morning of July 31st , 2026, in the Ontario Street area.
KILPATRICK is described as a Caucasian female, standing 5’2”, weighing approximately 120 lbs, with shoulder length brown hair, and brown eyes.
KILPATRICK also has a tattoo of a rose on her leg, and is missing a finger on her left hand.
She was last seen wearing a red rain jacket, blue jeggings, black shoes, and a green Dollarama bag.

TB26030592 The Thunder Bay Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating 25-year-old Clifton LOON. Clifton was last seen on August 3, 2026, in the Oliver Road area. LOON is described as an Indigenous male, standing 6’0”, weighing approximately 180 lbs, with black brush-cut hair, and brown eyes. Loon also has a tattoo on his right arm. TB26028629 A Thunder Bay Police Service investigation has resulted in charges. Officers with the Primary Response Unit were dispatched to the Rowand Street area around 7:40 PM on July 21, 2026, in response to a report regarding a break and enter. A search of the area led to a suspect being located and arrested following a brief foot pursuit. As a result of the investigation, 22-year-old Alexandre MICHAUD of Thunder Bay is facing the following charges: • Break, enter dwelling house – commit indictable offence • Assault with a weapon (two counts) • Mischief under $5,000 • Obstruct peace officer The accused was remanded into custody following their first court appearance.
TB26028114 A Thunder Bay Police Service Primary Response Unit investigation has resulted in an assault charge. Officers were dispatched to the Inglewood Crescent area on July 18, 2026, in response to a call for service. On scene officers located and seized an edged weapon. Further investigation led to a suspect being identified, located, and arrested. A search of the suspect led to the seizure of quantities of suspected fentanyl, crack cocaine, and oxycodone. As a result of the investigation, 48-year-old Adam THOMPSON of Thunder Bay is facing the following charges: • Assault with a weapon • Uttering threats – cause death or bodily harm • Possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose • Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the purpose of trafficking • Fail to comply with probation order The accused was remanded into custody following their first court appearance.
